HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from UK.
Our suppliers provide tracking numbers and we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Because we ship directly from our partners in the UK, your item may take 5-7 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
UWU4DOGS operates exclusively as a direct-to-consumer retailer. We do not permit the use of our website or fulfilment service for dropshipping, resale, order forwarding, or the fulfilment of orders placed by third-party customers.
Any order placed with the intention of supplying, fulfilling, or delivering products to a customer of another business or third-party seller is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to identify, investigate, cancel, and refuse to fulfil any order where we reasonably believe that the order has been placed for third-party fulfilment, dropshipping, resale, or any other prohibited purpose.
Where an order is identified as a prohibited third-party or dropshipping order, we may cancel the order and, where appropriate, return the payment using the original payment method. We are under no obligation to provide replacement goods, compensation, or goodwill remedies in respect of losses arising from a breach of this policy, except where required by applicable law.

If you knowingly place an order with UWU4DOGS for the purpose of fulfilling a third-party customer's order, you do so entirely at your own risk.
We will not accept responsibility for disputes, losses, delivery issues, customer claims, chargebacks, or other liabilities arising from the use of our products or fulfilment service for unauthorised third-party orders.
Where we determine that an order has been placed in breach of this policy, we may require the purchaser to resolve any resulting dispute directly with the party for whom the order was placed or through the relevant payment provider, where appropriate.
Attempting to circumvent this policy by using alternative names, addresses, payment details, accounts, or other information will not constitute authorisation and may result in the order being cancelled.
By placing an order with UWU4DOGS, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing products for yourself or the intended recipient and not for the purpose of fulfilling an order placed by another customer, marketplace seller, retailer, or third party.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
